AI Conversation is an AI agent that conducts short, anonymous chat‑based conversations with your team to help you understand what is driving changes in the team temperature. All data is anonymised and presented at a team level. No individual responses or conversations are ever shared.

AI-generated commitments

With AI, we turn team inputs into actionable commitment suggestions during Guided Temperature meetings. The model is hosted by Winningtemp, with no third-party access, no data storage, and no training on your input—each meeting is processed separately to keep your data secure by design.

WinningBOT is powered by Ebbot, a Swedish company specialising in customer service-oriented chatbots powered by AI. It’s designed to help you quickly find answers based on publicly available Help Centre articles.

Auto translation
