See Your Praise Engagement

The previous 'Leaderboard' is now 'Praise Engagement'

Praise Engagement provides an opportunity for you to see the engagement in your organization/team, top praise givers and receivers. An opportunity to award your Praise advocates, top receivers and givers.   

Praise helps to maintain a culture of positive feedback within your organization and makes your colleagues feel appreciated.

Who can access it?

• System Administrators (all groups)
• Managers (own groups)

What is praise engagement?

The Praise Engagement is a Top 5 Praise Givers and Receivers list for your organization.

You can also view and search through the whole list of praise givers and receivers for the groups you are looking deeper into.

How is praise with more than one category counted?

If the user receives one praise in three different categories, this will count as three praises in the top list.

How do I find it?

1. Navigate to Admin > Click on the Praise Trophy in the top bar.
2. You will be able to see Praise Engagement; your Top 5 Praise Givers and Receivers, on the top of the page.
