Using the Import Log

The import log allows you to get an overview of the latest imports performed by a user integration. You can review import history (up to 60 days back), view the results of each individual import, what worked well, what did not, and troubleshoot failed imports. 

Who can access it?

  • System Administrator


Navigate to the  Import Log

To navigate to the import log, you need to:

  1. Select Administration in side menu
  2. Click Integrations

In the table above, you'll see the latest imports, a summary of import, time when the import was conducted, status of import, and a dropdown with more details. For troubleshooting purposes, the log includes any warnings or errors encountered during the import.

For a more detailed view of the import results, navigate to the dropdown menu for Reports. You'll get a list with the following options:

Integration Export

The Integration Export will provide an Export of what was imported into Winningtemp at the time of the import.

Import Summary

The import summary provides a detailed view of the change from the latest import on the given date and time.

Download the source data that was used for the import.
