Add the eNPS question to a survey mailing

eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter Score, a metric measuring whether employees would recommend their company as a great workplace. Read more about eNPS - eNPS.

In Winningtemp, employees receive an eNPS question as part of the survey once every fifth week as a standard.

• If you send surveys bi-weekly, the eNPS question is included in every third survey.
• For monthly survey frequency, the eNPS question is included in every other survey.
  
  

If you'd like to send the question more frequently than the standard schedule, here’s how you can manually add it to a survey mailing:

1. Click Surveys
2. Under the Mailing > Upcoming tab, click on the three dots next to the survey you want to add to
3. Click Add eNPS
