Cancel a periodic survey round

Closing a round early gives you control when something changes mid-round, whether that is an unexpected event, a reorganisation, or a need to align with another initiative. This way, your data stays relevant and reflects what actually matters right now.

Cancel a periodic survey

  1. Go to Employee surveys.
  2. Click Surveys and select Periodic surveys.
  3. Click the three dots next to the survey you can want to cancel.
  4. Select either Cancel mailing or Delete.

Close a round early

If you need to stop collecting responses sooner than planned, you can change the round's closing date.

  1. Go to Employee surveys.
  2. Click Mailing and Sent
  3. Open the periodic survey round in progress.
  4. Click Edit closing date.
  5. Pick a new date and click Save.

The round closes on the new date, and results are calculated and locked, just as they would on the original close date. Any responses collected up to that point are kept.

Reopen a closed round

If you closed a round too soon, you can reopen it by setting a new closing date.

  1. Go to Employee surveys
  2. Open the closed round.
  3. Click Edit closing date.
  4. Set a future date and click Save.

All results, including comments, insights, and benchmarks, will be recalculated when the round closes again. The summary email has also been resent, so your team knows the numbers have changed.
