I can't sign in (forgotten password)

If you are using a username and password to sign in 

If you usually enter your username and password to sign in to Winningtemp you can easily reset the password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. The system will send a mail to your registered email with a link to change your password. Once you've created a new password, use the new one to sign in again.



Using single sign-on (see image below)

Single Sign-On means that your username and password in Winningtemp is connected to your own internal IT system, and you use the same credentials to sign in. If you can't sign in, or if you've forgotten your password, you need to reset the password internally. Reach out to your local IT for further assistance on how to proceed.  



Using the Winningtemp App

  1. Enter your work email in the username page and click continue
  2. Click Forgot password on the password page
  3. You can now reset your password using the email that's been sent to you
  4. Sign in with the new password


Can I change the password to something else once signed in?
