There are two different types of administrators:
- System Administrator - can view and change everything
- Group Administrator - can view statistics of their own group(s), create follow-ups
It is only the system administrator who can update and make changes to groups.
Go to Administration in the admin view to find your groups.
Hover with the pointer over a group to see the menu bar to administrate the group.
If you have many groups you can choose to show them as a tree structure to get a better overview. You can click on the group in the tree structure.
You change to the tree structure in the right corner of the organisation chart (see picture below).
