What do the numbers in the temperature charts mean?

The large number in the chart is the temperature of the category. In the picture below, the temperature of the category Team Spirit is 8.3.

The index number is derived from all answers within Winningtemp users or users in your own industry or organisation (depending on your setting). In the picture below the index to compare with is an industry index of 8.1.

When you hover over the edge of the circle you can see how the responses are divided in this category. In the example below, 97 users have given 259 answers with the happiest smiley (green smiley).

The orange arrow pointing down means that we currently have a negative trend of -2% in the Team spirit category.
