Use the heatmap

The Heatmap analysis gives you a quick overview of all the values for each question category, divided into your company's teams. This provides a broad overview and quick insights into the departments/teams displaying high values and those struggling. You can compare teams with each other and choose different periods. The analysis function also allows you to support those managers who might need it, identify the healthiest teams, and later share internal success stories.

Good to know

• The total temperature in Winningtemp reflects the aggregated scores for all activated categories, excluding any custom categories. This includes the standard, supplemental, and onboarding/offboarding categories. So, as an example, 9 standard categories + 11 supplemental categories + 1 onboarding and 1 offboarding category = the total temperature of all 22 categories
• The summary section summarises the categories you have chosen. It can include standard, supplemental, onboarding and offboarding categories, but not custom categories.
