The Analysis function gives you a quick overview of all the values for each question category, divided into the groups of your company. This provides you with a broad overview and quick insights into the departments/groups that are displaying high values and those that are struggling. You can compare groups with each other and choose different time periods. The analysis-function also allows you to offer support to those managers who might need it, as well as identify the healthiest groups and later share internal success stories.
