To make your survey mailings more personal, you can use custom attributes to adapt the email subject line to each user – or include your company’s name.
You can change the subject line in step 4 when setting up a survey. Click here to go to the survey tab.
These are the custom attributes you can use in subject lines:

Make sure to always start and end of the attribute with a double hashtag (##).
