Report an incident using the Whistleblower feature

Whistleblowing is a term used when a person passes on information concerning wrongdoing, such as corruption, fraud, or compliance issues. Winningtemp values your anonymity and with the Whistleblower feature, you can anonymously report any issues you've found in your organization. A responsible person at your company will start to investigate the issue. 

Report an incident using the browser

  1. At the top of the page, click Whistleblow
  2. Fill out the free text field. Try to be as detailed as possible to make it easier for the responsible person to take action. A Whistleblower has certain responsibilities when reporting an issue. Make sure you click on the link in the report to read more about your responsibilities. 
  3. Click Save to send the report to the responsible person.

Report an incident using the Winningtemp App

  1. In the Winningtemp app, click Menu.
  2. Click Whistleblow.
  3. Fill out the free text field. Try to be as detailed as possible to make it easier for the responsible person to take action. A Whistleblower has certain responsibilities when reporting an issue. Make sure you click on the link in the report to read more about your responsibilities. 
  4. Click Save to send the report to the responsible person.

 

What happens next?

Your report will be investigated, and within 7 days you should receive an acknowledgment from the responsible person on the conversation's page. The responsible person might start a conversation with you if they need more information or to update you on the status. The conversation is completely anonymous.


Within 90 days of reporting an issue, the responsible person will get back to you with a status update.


Good to know

  • Please note that the Whistleblower feature is not available if you are using the Check-in solution
  • Remember that once you've created a report, there's no way to delete it if you change your mind
