The purpose of an offboarding survey is to understand the experiences of employees both during and after their employment at the company. An offboarding survey can provide you with valuable insights into what you’re doing right as a company and where there’s room for improvement.
Since the survey is anonymous, you'll get more honest answers compared to an exit interview. Besides understanding why employees resign, you will also get a deeper look inside your company culture, leadership perception, and employee engagement.
How does it work?
We've made it super easy for you, all you need to do is to create a Custom survey and pick the offboarding template. With the use of smart segments, you can specify recipients that have resigned based on the Employed since attribute. Voilà, our survey engine will automatically send out surveys to all the users who have resigned. The offboarding survey will apply to all the currently resigned users, but also to any future resignations.
