Grant managers access to a segment

Before you start

You can only select users, using the steps below, if they are managers for at least one group. Follow the steps in How to add a manager to a group if the user/user isn't already a manager.

Select specific managers 

1. Click Administration 
2. Click on Users & teams
3. Click Segments
4. Click on the three dots next to the segment you want to give access to
5. Click Edit
6. Click Assign permissions
7. Select the manager either by clicking on them in the list below or by using the search function
8. Click Save.

Assign permission to all managers

1. Click Administration 
2. Click on Users & teams
3. Click Segments
4. Click on the three dots next to the segment you want to give access to
5. Click Edit
6. Click Assign permissions
7. Toggle "All users should have permission to view segment" to Yes
8. Click Save.
