What is an API?
APIs are mechanisms that enable two software components to communicate with each other using a set of definitions and protocols. For example, the weather institute's software system contains daily weather data. The weather app on your phone “talks” to this system via APIs and shows you daily weather updates on your phone.
The Winningtemp API
With the Winningtemp API, you can extract temperature data into other systems, making it easier for you to analyse and understand your pulse data. The data can be exported to any data lake and incorporated into any preferred internal analytic tools.
The Winningtemp API creates the ability for you to analyse how the temperature in a team correlates with performance, employee turnover and much more.
Which type of data can I extract from Winningtemp?
With our API, you can extract your company's Temperature data, more options will come later. When you extract data, it replicates our temperature dashboard and the data are subject to the anonymity settings configured in Winningtemp. Included are the scores divided into our different question categories with a score between 0-10. Plus the eNPS score. Further details can be found in the developer hub in the link below.
