The Engagement Report

Focusing on the "now" is important, but we also believe taking time to reflect on the past is vital. To help you with that, you can generate an Engagement report. It comes in PowerPoint (PPT) format, which allows you to download and start presenting. Super easy! The Engagement report displays all the information you need, in one place—the perfect start for review meetings.

The power of PowerPoint

With the convenient PowerPoint format, you can either use the presentation as it is (it's great, we promise!) or copy the graphs into your presentations as you please.

Customisable

Select 1-18 groups and a month, quarter or year as the starting point for your report. Our vision for the Engagement report is that presentations for review meetings shouldn't be a hassle to prepare. With Winningtemp you just click a button, select parameters, and you are ready to go.

Which type of data is included in the report?

  • How Winningtemp works
  • The overall temperature
  • Aggregated category temperatures
  • Monthly view of category temperatures
  • eNPS score
  • How many of our employees are responding?
  • Hover over the different charts in the report to get exact data points
  • And much much more

Sample slides

Below are a few slide examples of what the presentation looks like. Generate your report to see all slides with your data.

Presenter notes

And if that wasn't enough, we've added presenter notes for each slide. Make sure you click Show Presenter Notes in PowerPoint for more information about the type of data available on the slide.

Top & bottom 3 categories

With our top and bottom 3 categories, you can easily get an overview of your organisation's highest and lowest-performing areas.

Streak
A category that has consistently appeared in the top or bottom 3 for at least the last 2 months. This will show the number of consecutive months the category has been in the top or bottom 3.

Back in the top or bottom 3
A category that previously appeared in the top or bottom 3 within the last 12 months, fell out of the top or bottom 3 and has now returned.

New in the Top or bottom 3
A category that has not appeared in the top or bottom 3 at any point in the last 12 months and is now ranked in the top or bottom 3 for the first time in this period.
