Create engagement report

System Administrators, HR leaders (for assigned teams only), and People Analysts (for assigned teams only) can generate an engagement report.

Generate an Engagement Report

  1. Click Results & analysis
  2. Click on Team temperature 
  3. Click Generate report
  4. Click Engagement report

Select the following information:

Period

Choose whether the engagement report should cover a month, a quarter, or 12 months. Then, select the specific time period you'd like to view.

Note: To include a period, the entire period must have passed before the report can be generated.

Groups

Select 1-18 groups as the subject for the report

Content

    • Select which content you'd like to include in the report. Temperatures, eNPS and/or Participation. 

    • Choose if you want to include the organisation's total results or only the selected groups.

Categories

You can select which categories to include in the report, and choose between 1-24 categories from any standard, supplemental or custom categories.

File name

Name the file, the date and timestamp are added automatically.


Click Generate report. The report is generated and will shortly be available under My reports.
