Team Praise allows you to see the engagement in your organization/team, as well as top praise givers and receivers. An opportunity to award your Praise advocates, top receivers and givers.

Who can access it?
- System Administrators (all teams)
- Managers (own teams)
- People Analyst (own teams)
- HR Leader (own teams)
What praise activity can you track?
Team Praise show the top 5 Praise Givers and Receivers list in your organisation.
You can also view the number of received and given praise for the teams you have access to, as well as see the list of praise givers and receivers for the team members.
How is praise with more than one category counted?
If the user receives one praise in three different categories, this will still count as one praise in the top list. In the Praise by badge section, you can view the number of praises for each category.
How do I find it?
- Click on Praise in the side menu.
- You can see your Top 5 Praise Givers and Receivers at the top of the page.
