Trending Topics uses text analysis to examine free-text comments from your employees to identify and compile the most discussed topics. This data-driven approach enables organizations to proactively address key issues and foster a responsive, engaging workplace.

Trending topics analyze the standard and custom surveys and visualize whether the words are mentioned negatively or positively (see image below).

How to find trending topics

  1. Click Results & analysis
  2. Click Trending topics


Which teams will I be able to analyse?

  • System administrators: All teams
  • Managers: All the teams the manager has been assigned


Good to know

  • Trending topics are available in Swedish, Norwegian and English and do not include "general comments".
