What are Hot Topics?

Hot Topics uses text analysis to examine free-text comments from your employees to identify and compile the most discussed topics. This data-driven approach enables organizations to proactively address key issues and foster a responsive, engaging workplace.

Hot Topic analyzes the standard and custom surveys and visualizes whether the words are mentioned negatively or positively (see image below).

How to find Hot topics

  1. Switch to the Admin view
  2. In the Overview click Comments
  3. Click Hot topics

Which groups will I be able to analyse?

  • System administrators: All groups.
  • Managers: All the groups that the manager has been assigned to.
