In this guide, we’ll walk you through what happens when someone responds negatively to questions about bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
Keep in mind that some steps might look a bit different depending on the settings your system administrator has chosen.
-
When an employee selects an orange or red smiley (disagree or strongly disagree) on a question about discrimination, bullying, or harassment, they’ll be taken to a follow-up page where they can add more context to their answer.
-
If the user clicks on "Talk to someone", they can choose a contact person to talk to. They’ll also be informed that sending a message to this person is not anonymous.
-
If the employee simply clicks “Not now,” they’ll be asked to share more details about the issue — completely anonymously.
-
When the user clicks “Send,” the feedback is sent.
