Track bullying and discrimination

In this guide, we’ll walk you through what happens when someone responds negatively to questions about bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

Keep in mind that some steps might look a bit different depending on the settings your system administrator has chosen.

  1. When an employee selects an orange or red smiley (disagree or strongly disagree) on a question about discrimination, bullying, or harassment, they’ll be taken to a follow-up page where they can add more context to their answer.

  2. If the user clicks on "Talk to someone", they can choose a contact person to talk to. They’ll also be informed that sending a message to this person is not anonymous.

  3. If the employee simply clicks “Not now,” they’ll be asked to share more details about the issue — completely anonymously.

  4. When the user clicks “Send,” the feedback is sent.
