About the role and permission report
As a system administrator, you can download a report of the roles assigned to your organisation. This report allows for easy tracking and management of role assignments, ensuring efficient organisation-wide access management.
What can I view in the report?
When downloading the report, the date stamp will be added to the name of it, and you'll be able to see the following content;
- List of all users with a role
- What role each user has in Winningtemp
- Groups/segments for each role

- Click Administration
- Click Users & teams
- Click Reports
- Click Role and Permission report to start the download
