Consolidated temperature

Introduction

The Consolidated temperature feature provides a quick overview for global companies or organisations with multiple subsidiaries. The system administrator can quickly see data from different instances in the Heatmap analysis. The data includes the overall temperature, category-specific temperatures, and eNPS. This feature is designed for high-level summaries, so detailed data is not displayed.

Set up consolidated temperature

Before proceeding with the steps below, you need to contact your Customer Success Manager for help setting up consolidated temperature.

How to use consolidated temperature

  1. After your request has been approved
  2. Click Results & analysis
  3. Click Heatmap analysis
  4. Select Show all companies in the filter above the heatmap
  5. Temperature data will be available for the standard and supplemental categories, including eNPS and SMART-indexes
  6. Decide if you want to include all subsidiaries or just a few
  7. Select the period for your Heatmap analysis

Good to know

Unlike the regular heatmap view, this feature's temperatures are not clickable, and you cannot drill down to see responses to individual questions.

Export

You can export the selected data as pivots or columns, like in the standard heatmap. Read more: Export data from Winningtemp.
