If you need access to multiple instances, a Master Account can simplify your workflow by eliminating the need to log out and back in with different credentials. With a Master Account, you can switch between different instances effortlessly with just one click.
This feature is handy for HR consultants working across multiple unrelated customers, allowing seamless account management and transitions.
Prerequisites
To set up a Master Account, you first need access to an active user account on all the instances you wish to manage. These accounts must be in place before submitting a request. We recommend you follow the steps here to create an active account directly.
Note: The username must be unique, but you can include your regular username with an added suffix to indicate the instance to which you need access.
Request a Master Account
Ready to set up a Master Account? Just ask your system administrator to email support@winningtemp.com. The request must come from a system administrator, even for a manager or HR consultant needing access to multiple instances. Include which account should be connected to which instances, for example, Account 1 - Instance 1 and Account 2 - Instance 2.
Switch instance
- After you've set up a Master account with our support team, click on My Profile in the top right corner
- Click Change organisation
- Select the instance or organisation you want to change to
- Click Change organisation
