AI-generated commitments

With AI, we turn team inputs into actionable commitment suggestions during Guided Temperature meetings. The model is hosted by Winningtemp, with no third-party access, no data storage, and no training on your input—each meeting is processed separately to keep your data secure by design.

AI chatbot - WinningBOT 

WinningBOT is powered by Ebbot, a Swedish company specialising in customer service-oriented chatbots powered by AI. It’s designed to help you quickly find answers based on publicly available Help Center articles.

  • AI model: Ebbot GPT.
  • Host: OVHcloud.
  • Region: Within the EU.
  • Data sharing: Personal data is processed through Zendesk, our customer support system to give you the best possible support. This helps our support team assist you quickly — whether they join an ongoing conversation or a ticket is created through the chatbot. Read more in our Privacy Notice.
  • Training: The model is not trained on any customer data.
     

Auto translation for Focus surveys

We use Amazon Translate to help you translate your survey questions into any language. It’s a machine translation service that uses deep learning to deliver fast and accurate translations.

  • Training: The model is not trained on customer data.
     

Summary of open-ended questions in Focus survey (Beta)

With AI, we support your survey analysis by providing summaries and sentiment analysis. The functionality is available for open-ended questions in the Focus survey, where the summaries act as a complement to numerous collected text responses.
