Sometimes, you may need to exclude a person from all surveys, such as the CEO. When excluded, they won’t receive any surveys and will not be included in the results.
Exclude single users
- Click on Administration
- Click Users
- Find the user in the list or using the search field
- Click the three dots next to the user and select "Exclude from question mailing". You can also find the button by clicking on a user profile.
Exclude multiple users
Click Administration
Click Users
Select the checkboxes to the left of the users you want to exclude
Click Exclude in the box that appears at the bottom of the page
Click Exclude users
