AI Deep Dive surveys are one‑time AI‑guided conversations that help you explore a topic in more detail. Follow these steps to create a Deep Dive survey:
- Go to Employee surveys and select Surveys.
- Click Create survey.
- Select Get started under AI-powered Deep Dive.
- Enter the general information for your Deep Dive, including the name, date, and duration.
- Click Next.
- Select a question category and click Next (Note: During the beta period, only some categories are available).
- Select the recipients. The system checks that the team meets the anonymity threshold. If the team is too small, Deep Dive AI will not be available.
- Provide the AI with more context about the team's main goal or mission.
- Click Review.
- Take a moment to review the summary and confirm everything looks right. You can preview, test the Deep Dive experience and send a test email to make sure the setup works as expected before launch.
- When you are ready, click Launch survey. Your team members will receive an email and an in-app notification inviting them to participate.
