Introduction

Welcome to AI Deep Dive, where you can turn temperature data into actionable insights with AI‑powered conversations. 
 
Deep Dive AI is an AI agent that conducts short, anonymous chat‑based conversations with your team to help you understand what is driving changes in the team temperature. It gathers honest input, analyses the responses, and gives you clear insights you can act on right away.
 

It is three simple steps:

  1. Identify the need - When you see that the team’s temperature goes up or down, choose a topic and initiate a Deep Dive to investigate it. Send the Deep Dive to your team.
  2. Team conversations - The AI conducts anonymous 5–10-minute conversations with your team members.
  3. Get actionable insights - When the survey closes, you receive an AI‑generated summary with key themes and prioritised actions.
Deep Dives use the same science‑based research that powers our pulse surveys, making the results reliable and grounded in the same framework.


How it works

  1. The system administrator can activate the feature for up to 3 teams (free tier).
  2. Review your team's temperature data together and identify any shifts you want to better understand. This helps you choose where to run a Deep Dive. The question categories available in the closed beta are Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Situation.
  3. You can now invite your team to a confidential AI‑guided conversation as a follow‑up to your pulse surveys. All conversations are completely anonymous and help explain the reasons behind the team’s results. 
  4. You receive an anonymised summary with synthesised insights, key themes and shared concerns or positive highlights.
  5. The AI provides recommended actions, helping you move from insight to action faster and strengthen engagement in your team.
  6. You close the loop by discussing next steps with your team and choosing actions directly from the insights page.



Start an AI Deep Dive 


What your team experiences

Your team members receive an anonymous invitation to a text-based chat conversation with an AI. The conversation takes 5–10 minutes. The AI asks thoughtful, open-ended follow-up questions. Team members can respond on their desktops and can skip any question they prefer not to answer. 


How we protect the team's anonymity

The AI prompt is designed to remove any personal or identifying details before the text is processed, and all replies remain completely anonymous.

All input is then aggregated, so individual responses can never be viewed. The default anonymity threshold is 5 respondents, meaning a synthesis is generated only when at least 5 unique team members have participated.

This protects anonymity and ensures that insights can never be traced back to individuals.
