View your AI Conversation results

1. Go to Results & analysis and click Survey results.
2. Find your AI Conversation survey in the list, or use the filter or search bar to locate it.
3. Click the survey to open it.
4. Once the response window has closed and the anonymity threshold is met, you can generate a synthesis. The synthesis includes:
   • Summary overview.
   • Key themes based on all conversations.
   • Recommended actions tailored to your team’s feedback.
5. Share the results and key themes back with your team so employees know their input has been heard and you can work together to drive improvements.
    

Generate report

Working with your survey results together as a team closes the feedback loop and shows employees that their answers actually lead to something. Generating a report makes this easy, giving you a clear summary you can dig into and act on together.

1. Go to Results & Analysis and click Survey results
2. Find the survey in the list and click on it.
3. Click Report and Generate report
4. Select which sections to include and the order of them
5. Click Generate report
6. The report will be ready shortly under the Your reports page.
