This feature is available as a public beta in all Winningtemp plans.
- Go to Results & analysis and click Survey results.
- Find your AI Conversation survey in the list, or use the filter or search bar to locate it.
- Click the survey to open it.
- Once the response window has closed and the anonymity threshold is met, you can generate a synthesis. The synthesis includes:
- Summary overview.
- Key themes based on all conversations.
- Recommended actions tailored to your team’s feedback.
- Share the results and key themes back with your team so employees know their input has been heard and you can work together to drive improvements.
