For customers with an international workforce, languages may vary.
To ensure every user can answer surveys in a language they are comfortable in, we now have a landing page where users can select language for Focus survey send outs.
When users receive a notification for a Focus survey the link will take you to a landing page
containing:
- Survey name & description
- A Language selector (all translated languages for the specific survey are available)
- Start Survey button, taking users to the survey.
To enable this, ensure you set a default language for you Focus survey send out in the setup.
We hope this update will minimize risks of employees not responding to surveys because of language settings.
