Now, everything regarding Praise can be found under the Praise-section in the side menu of Winningtemp. The page is divided into Team Praise and Your Praise.

Team Praise is:
- Seen by Managers, Sys Admins, HR leaders and People analysts
- Depending on role and settings this page shows data related to assigned teams and team members
Your Praise: - This is where you see your given or received praise. This is shown to all users.
There is also new Praise logic:
- Praise is now counted per given praise - not per category. This means that giving a praise with multiple categories will now count as 1 praise - instead of 1 per category.
- In the new graph "Praise by Badge" you can still see praise calculated "in the old way" if you prefer.
