What is a template?
Focus survey templates are science-based and quality assured, ready-to-use templates for when you want to dive deeper behind your Pulse-results. Templates are developed to capture high quality feedback using multiple question types in the same template, with less manual set-up
How do you set up a Focus survey using templates?
- Go to Create survey, choose Focus survey and Explore templates. Templates are categorized for easier navigation.
- Using a template will automatically fill in fields such as survey name, descriptions and questions so set-up time is minimized.
- Review the questions in the template.
- Select the team(s) who should receive the survey send out.
- Select survey languages. Templates can be auto-translated into any system language.
- Review the summary and send out ๐.
Our recommendation is to use Focus survey Templates when:
- Higher engagement data quality is needed โ
- You need more structured, richer feedbackโ
- Mixed question types is required for data captureโ
