With Focus survey templates, you can launch a survey faster and with less manual setup. All templates are science-based and quality assured, giving you high-quality feedback and better data without building everything from scratch.
How it works
Templates cover a wide range of subjects, from leadership and psychological safety to onboarding and employee well-being. Choose one, and the survey name, description, and questions are filled in automatically, across all available question languages.
Get started
- Go to Employee surveys and click Surveys.
- Click Create survey.
- Click Explore templates under Focus survey.
- Click Preview to see how a template looks.
- Click Use template, review the pre-filled details and questions, and adjust if needed.
- Go through the setup wizard and launch your survey.
