The different survey types in Winningtemp

Winningtemp supports a range of survey types to match every situation, whether you want to keep a continuous pulse on your organisation, measure progress over time, or dig into something specific.

You can also combine survey types to get a fuller picture. Run a periodic survey alongside your weekly pulse to track progress, add an AI conversation when scores shift unexpectedly, or use a focus survey to dig deeper into a specific topic. The right combination gives you a complete view, from how your people are feeling day to day, to the trends and root causes behind the data.

Use the right survey at the right moment, and you'll always have the insight you need to act with confidence.

Recurring surveys

Recurring surveys run on a regular schedule, giving you a continuous view of how your organisation is doing over time. You can set them up using either pulse surveys or periodic surveys.

Pulse surveys

Frequency: Weekly or monthly.

Each employee gets a different mix of questions, chosen by AI to keep surveys short, relevant, and free of fatigue. Best used for keeping a real-time pulse on how your people are doing and catching shifts before they become problems.

Periodic surveys

Frequency: Quarterly or annually.

Every employee receives the same set of questions in the same order, with no rotation. Because the survey runs in rounds on a regular schedule, you can compare results over time, measure the impact of initiatives, and make decisions backed by consistent data.

Targeted surveys

Targeted surveys are one-off surveys designed to go deeper on a specific topic or moment. Use them when you need focused insight rather than a broad overview.

Focus surveys

Frequency: When you want to know more about critical themes, patterns or organisational topics.

A ready-made or custom one-off survey focused on one area — organisational health, compliance, or anything else you want to explore. Best used for getting a clear picture of a specific topic before making decisions or rolling out changes.

Deep dives

Sometimes survey scores alone don't tell the whole story. Deep dives lets you go beyond the numbers by engaging employees in short anonymous AI conversations.

AI conversation

Frequency: When you want to understand the "why" behind your data.

The manager invites their team to a short, anonymous AI-driven conversation. The AI then analyses the responses and provides the manager with a clear summary of the key themes, along with concrete next steps.
