Comments from a periodic survey arrive all at once when the round closes, giving you a complete and accurate picture rather than a stream that keeps changing as more people respond.
When are comments visible?
Comments are hidden until the round closes so that anonymisation can run once across all responses. This protects every respondent's privacy and gives you a reliable, consistent set of feedback to act on. No comments are visible, and no notifications are sent before the round closes.
If your system administrator has chosen to hold results manually, comments stay hidden until they publish the round. If a closed round is reopened and closed again, comments are re-anonymised based on the new responses.

Conversations stay visible
Once you reply to a comment, that conversation stays visible to both you and the respondent, even if the round is later unpublished. So nothing you've started gets lost.
Get started
Comments appear on the Comments page after your periodic survey round closes and your system administrator publishes the results.
Look for the Periodic surveys chip on each comment card to see which survey it came from.
