PDF report for managers

You can generate a PDF report for both Pulse and Periodic surveys, giving you a clear summary that's easy to share with your team or bring into a leadership meeting.

  1. Click on Results & analysis
  2. Click on Temperature
  3. Select Pulse or Periodic depending on the survey type
  4. Click Generate Report and select PDF summary
  5. Select the content you want to include
  6. Please note that if you show the report to team members, we recommend excluding Insights, as they can be sensitive
  7. Click Download Report 
  8. The report will be available under the Your Reports section. Once it's ready, you’ll receive an email and a notification in Winningtemp.

Good to know

  • System Administrators can generate reports for the entire organisation and all teams in Winningtemp.
  • Managers can create reports for the specific teams they manage in Winningtemp.
