Please note that if you show the report to team members, we recommend excluding Insights, as they can be sensitive.
You can generate a PDF report for both Pulse and Periodic surveys, giving you a clear summary that's easy to share with your team or bring into a leadership meeting.
- Click on Results & analysis
- Click on Temperature
- Select Pulse or Periodic depending on the survey type
- Click Generate Report and select PDF summary
- Select the content you want to include
- Click Download Report
- The report will be available soon on the Recent downloads page by clicking on your profile.
Good to know
- System Administrators can generate reports for the entire organisation and all teams in Winningtemp.
- Managers can create reports for the specific teams they manage in Winningtemp.
