If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password, here's how to reset it. The steps depend on how you normally sign in to Winningtemp.
Do you sign in with a username and password?
If you normally type a username and password on the Winningtemp sign-in page, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes.
On the web
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
- Check your email for a message from Winningtemp with a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Sign in with your new password
Using the Winningtemp app
- Enter your work email on the sign-in screen and tap Continue
- Tap Forgot password on the password screen
- Check your email for the reset link and create your new password
- Sign in with your new password
Do you sign in with single sign-on (SSO)?
With single sign-on, your Winningtemp login is connected to your organisation's own system, so you sign in with the same username and password as your other work tools. Winningtemp doesn't store that password, so it can't reset it for you — you'll need to reset it through your own IT team instead.
