What your manager can or can not see depends on the settings made by your system administrator and on the Winningtemp package that you have. However, it is very important to note that your manager can never see a specific employee's answer or who wrote a comment. Your answers are always anonymous in Winningtemp!
Your manager can, for example, see the following:
- Your manager can see the team's overall temperature and the averages for each question category but not who responded to what.
- Your manager can see the response rate and user statistics, such as how many team members have logged in and answered the questions, but not who responded to what.
- Your manager can see trends: has the data value changed during the last 30 days?
- Your manager can see the average value per question and the number of times each smiley has been used (but not who chose which smiley).
- Your manager can see the number of comments per question (but not who wrote them)
- Your manager can see trends over time. For example, you can see if the “Job satisfaction” question category has changed significantly during the last year.
- Your manager can see and usually administer the user catalogue, meaning the manager can edit, add or remove users from his/her team.
- Your manager can view your responses in a Guided Temperature meeting as they are not anonymous.
If your company has the additional functionality called “follow-ups”, the manager can also:
- Add notes before and after a performance review
- Add notes about a follow-up meeting or shorter conversation.
