The temperature is not the same in different views, why?

The most common reason for this is that a system administrator can configure the number of months for presenting temperature in both the team temperature view and the temperature view separately. 

To display the same temperature index in both views, ensure they are configured accordingly. 

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click System & templates
  3. Click Temperature
  4. Select either the Temperature or the Team temperature view 
  5. Make sure they match on both views.
     

💡 Different survey types

If your organisation runs both Pulse and Periodic surveys, you'll notice different temperatures on the Temperature page, depending on the tab| you'r on. That's expected — each tab shows a different type of data.

The Pulse surveys tab gives you a rolling view based on the months you've configured. The Periodic surveys tab shows one closed round at a time, which is locked as soon as it closes.

To compare like with like, view one tab at a time and use the same time frame on each.
