Employment time intervals let you group employees by how long they've been with your organisation. Using intervals that reflect your actual workforce makes it easier to spot patterns and get more meaningful data from your surveys.
By default, Winningtemp includes six intervals, but you can adjust them to better fit your organisation.
Customise the time intervals
You can turn off any default interval, create new ones, or mix and match. To make changes, go to:
- System and templates
- Click Template and select Employment time.
- Select or deselect time intervals or click Set employment time to create custom ones.
- Click Save.
💡 Tip
Make sure your intervals cover all tenures. For example, 4–10 years and over 10 years connect, but 4–5 years and 6–10 years leave a gap, and some employees won't be categorised.
