Here's what we shipped last month, and how to put it to use.
Team function benchmark
Compare your teams with teams that do the same kind of work. A sales team and a production team face different realities, so a like-for-like comparison makes results easier to interpret and act on.
Tag each team with its function, such as Sales, IT, Finance or Production (15 functions in total). The team function benchmark then compares temperature, eNPS, response rate, categories and individual questions with teams in the same function across Winningtemp customers.
How to get started
- Admins open Administration → Teams, select a team and set its function. Use Inherit to subteams to tag a whole branch at once.
- Use the Missing function filter in the Teams table to find teams that still need a function.
- Select Team function benchmark in Temperature settings or Customise overview.
Good to know: The more teams you tag, the more useful the benchmark gets. If only a few teams share a function, the benchmark is marked as possibly unstable. Team function can also be set through the external API and HR-system integrations.

Temperature meetings for periodic surveys
A temperature meeting is where survey results become a conversation and shared commitments. Managers can now base a temperature meeting on periodic survey results too, so teams that run periodic surveys can follow up the same way pulse teams do.
The new create page lets managers choose which results to start from: current pulse results, the latest periodic survey, or another period or survey round. On pulse, managers can now pick their own period, and custom teams work with periodic results as well.
How to get started
Go to Meetings → Temperature meetings and create a new meeting. Choose the results you want to discuss in the first step. Click How does it work? on the create page for a short guide.
Availability: Live for a first group of customers on periodic surveys, and rolling out shortly to all customers whose plan includes temperature meetings.

Edit your own conversation messages
Sent a message with a typo or the wrong wording? You can now fix it yourself within 15 minutes of sending. Edited messages are clearly marked as Edited, so the conversation stays transparent.
How to get started
Open the … menu on your message and choose to edit it. You can edit as many times as needed within the 15 minutes. Editing applies to conversations, not comments.
Availability: Open beta, in the new Comments & Conversations view. Switch to the new view anytime from the Comments overview or Conversations page.
Share AI Conversation insights with your team
Sharing results with the team is how a survey turns into trust and action. You can now download AI Conversation insights as a PDF in a few clicks, without reformatting the report or removing identifying details by hand. Reorder sections or switch them on and off to share exactly what you want.
Choose the report that fits your audience:
- AI Conversation report: the full analysis, exactly as generated. Best for managers and HR who want the complete picture.
- Team version: the same findings in a friendlier tone, written for the team itself, with strengths, focus areas and a concrete place to start.
Good to know: The section What creates friction is now called Where we can grow together, keeping the focus on developing the team.

See your full team hierarchy
The teams page in administration now reflects your organisational hierarchy, with subteams shown directly in the table. No more clicking into each team to check what sits below it, which makes it quicker to review and maintain your structure.
- Long team names? The table now scrolls horizontally.
- Add External ID as a column to see at a glance which teams have one set.
- Click a team, as before, to see its members.
Other improvements
Translate custom questions in one click
When you add a custom question, you'll now see which of your team's languages it's already translated into, plus a button to translate it into all of them at once. It's a quick way to make sure every employee can answer in their own language.
Your downloads, in one place
Your reports is now called Recent downloads and has moved to the profile menu, top right. Every file you generate lands there, so you always know where to find it. Nothing has changed about which reports you can generate or download.
Meetings menu updates
The meetings menu now has separate pages for temperature meetings and 1:1 meetings, so you get straight to the meeting type you need.
Daily question removed
To ensure higher data quality and provide more accurate, representative insights, the daily question feature was removed on October 16 from both the app and web platform. Employees can continue sharing feedback through regular survey invitations, helping organisations make decisions based on more reliable and consistent data.
