Create an action

Note that some Actions features are only available for customers with the Act package. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you can't see some features, and want to know more about the Act package.

Do you want to start working on improving or maintaining a specific temperature or set up a plan on how to minimize bullying and discrimination? With the actions feature, you can set and define actions everyone can work towards.

Pro-tip

Once the action is complete, you will be able to see its effects in the Impact column. If you have a positive value, it means that your actions may have had a good impact on results.

If you see a negative value, don’t worry, some focus areas take more time to improve. We recommend talking to your team about this focus area and trying to define how to move forward. Once that is done, we recommend you set up a new action, so you can follow the progress and see the impact.
