Manage users in a segment

How to add users to a segment

  1. Click on Administration and Users & teams
  2. Click on Segments
  3. Find the segment you want to add a user to or create a new one
  4. Click the three dots and select Add user, or click on the icon looking like a person and click Add user
  5. Search for the user you want to add to the group.
  6. After you’ve selected the users you want to add, press Save

How to remove users from a segment

  1. Click on Administration and Users & teams
  2. Click on Segments
  3. Find the segment you want to remove the user from
  4. Click on the icon looking like a person
  5. Select the user or users
  6. Click Remove 
  7. Click Yes, delete.

This only removes the users from the segment, it does not delete the user account or the segment.
