The different user statuses

Active

An active user has signed in and set a password for their account. The user uses Winningtemp via the website or the mobile app and is included in the pulse survey mailings.
 

Active + Paper plane icon

This user has not yet signed in or set a password for their account. The user is included in the pulse survey mailings and can still answer temperature questions via email. The paper plane icon indicates that an administrator can send a new invite to the user, reminding them to sign in.

Pending invitation

This user hasn’t signed in or set a password yet. They’re included in pulse survey mailings and can still answer temperature questions via email.

The user can’t use some features:

  • They can’t receive praise

  • They can’t take part in Follow-ups or Milestones


Inactive

The user is paused and will not receive any temperature mailings. An inactive user cannot sign in and does not count toward your user licenses. This user will not receive any communication, surveys, or invites.


Pending removal

This user is currently awaiting deletion. An administrator has clicked “Delete user” and the user will be deleted after 90 days (as a default). A “pending removal” user cannot sign in and does not count toward your user licenses. This user will not receive any platform communication, surveys, or invites.
 

Excluded from question mailing (envelope icon)

The user has been excluded from mailings through the “Exclude from question mailings” button and will not receive any pulse question mailings.
