Why is the temperature hidden?
Hidden temperature indicates that the team hasn't met the system administrator's anonymity threshold. It can also mean that the team has been anonymised for other reasons, such as to secure its members' anonymity. In short, the team cannot present the temperature.

How to avoid hidden temperature
Increase the engagement in the team.
Talk to the team and make sure everyone understands the importance of regularly completing the surveys. The more answers you receive, the less temperature will be hidden due to anonymity reasons.

The organisational structure
A best practice is to create teams large enough to ensure they can present the temperature even if one or two members forget to respond. There will be less hidden temperature if you have more members in the teams than the actual anonymity threshold.
