System administrators, HR leaders (for their assigned teams), People analysts (for assigned teams), and managers (for their own teams) can generate an engagement report.
- Open Results & analysis → Temperature, select Pulse surveys or Period surveys, then click Generate report and select Engagement Report.
- Set the Period (if Pulse surveys) or Survey round (if Periodic surveys) for your report.
- Under Main results, choose the organisation's total results or A specific team, then pick a Benchmark to compare it against: the Winningtemp index, your organisation, your industry, or your company group.
- Under Additional teams, select up to 18 teams you want shown alongside your main results for comparison, and choose a Benchmark for them too.
- Under Team data, choose whether team results should show Subteams included or Direct members only.
- Under Content, choose what to include, such as eNPS, Response rate, and Temperatures, then select the Question categories you want covered.
- Give your report a name under Report name, then click Download report.
Your report is generated in PPT format. You'll get an email when it's ready, and you can also find it under Recent downloads.
