Generate an Engagement Report

System Administrators, HR leaders (for assigned teams only), and People Analysts (for assigned teams only) can generate an engagement report.


What is an Engagement report?

Generate an Engagement Report

  1. Click Results & analysis
  2. Click on Team temperature 
  3. Click Generate report
  4. Click Engagement report

In the slide-out, select the following information:

Period

Select if the engagement report should be generated for a month, quarter, or 12-month period. Select which period you would like to see.

Groups

Select 1-18 groups as the subject for the report

Content

    • Select which content you'd like to include in the report. Temperatures, eNPS and/or Participation. 

    • Choose if you want to include the organisation's total results or only the selected groups

Categories

You can select which categories to include in the report, and choose between 1-24 categories from any standard, supplemental or custom categories.

File name

Name the file, the date and timestamp are added automatically


Don't forget to click Generate report. The report is generated and will shortly be available under My reports.
