In larger organisations, there are usually many different types of teams, departments or countries. In team categories, you can specify whether a team is an office, department, team, or country. After the teams have been differentiated, ensure that your employees have access only to the temperature data for their respective teams.
For example, with team categories, you can configure it so that your employees can see the temperature for their team, their department, and the total temperature for the company, but they cannot see the temperature for the rest of the teams in the organisation.
Note: The names of the different team categories do not affect any functionality, features, or statistics in Winningtemp and are merely a way to label teams for transparency settings (see below). You can safely use a team category, even if it's not the same name you use internally.
Change team category
- Click Administration
- Click Teams
- Locate the team you'd like to change
- Click on the three dots next to the team

Note: If you don't specify a team category, it will automatically be tagged as a "Team".
