Change system language for all users
First impressions last, so let's ensure that your employees have the correct system language the first time they sign in to Winningtemp. Here's how you do it:
- Select Administration in side menu
- Click System & templates
- Under System > System > General, click Language
- Select the applicable language based on your country or region
- Click Save.
Note: Your employees can override the settings above if they manually change the system language in the user profile.
Change system and/or question language for a specific team
You can also specify system language and/or question language specifically for a team within the organisation:
- Select Administration in side menu
- Click Users & teams
- Go to the tab called Teams
- Find the team in the list or search for it
- Click on the three dots next to the team
- Click Settings and then Edit
- Click Advanced
- Click Team language to change the system language for the users in this team. If you want these changes to apply to any underlying teams in the organisational structure, click the checkbox below
- Click Question language to change the survey language for the users in this team. If you want these changes to apply to any underlying teams in the organisational structure, click the checkbox below
- Select the applicable languages and click Save.
Note!
- These settings override the system language settings mentioned above
- If a user previously made changes to the system or question language in their user profile, these changes do not apply
Change language for individual users
- Select Administration in side menu
- Click Users & teams
- Click Users
- Find the user
- Click on the user
- Click Details
- Under Language or Question language, make the applicable changes
- Click Save
