Introduction

This guide helps you get started with HME surveys, based on the survey model from SKR and Rådet för främjande av kommunala analyser (RKA) for municipalities and regions.

Set up an HME survey

  1. Go to Employee surveys in the menu and click Create survey.
  2. Select or create a custom pulse survey.
  3. Select No template and click on Next
  4. Add a survey name, select Single interval and a date, then click Next. Read more: Create a custom survey.
  5. Under the questions step, toggle Use HME questions on.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select recipients and click Next.
  8. Add a subject line and click Next.
  9. Review the summary to make sure everything looks correct. Click Send test mailing to preview the survey before sending.
  10. Click Launch survey.


See the results

  1. Click Results & analysis.
  2. Click Survey results.
  3. Find the HME survey in the list by searching or using the filters, then click the survey.
  4. Here you can view all survey data for each survey round, including recipients, response rates, and results.
  5. Click a question category to drill down into each question and explore the data in more detail.
  6. Use the arrow on the right of the data to quickly identify changes since the last send-out.


Resend the same survey 

  1. Go to Employee surveys and click Surveys.
  2. Click Custom.
  3. Find the survey in the list, then click it.
  4. Set a new date.
  5. Go through all the steps to ensure they are correct, then launch the survey.
     

Export the data
